Faith doesn’t mean never crying, “How long, Lord?” Faith means bringing that cry to the God who has already bound Himself to us through His promises. We can question honestly, pray boldly, surrender completely, and trust His steadfast love. Our faith may sometimes be weak, but Christ is not—and because Jesus died and rose again, our suffering will never have the final word.
