Waiting on God does not mean God has forgotten us. When we cannot see what is on the other side of the storm, we can seek the One who is already with us in the boat. The cross has already proven His love, the resurrection has already shown His victory, and His promises assure us of the ending. So while we wait, we can say with David: “The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear?”
