2) Pottery Barn yellow gingham swivel rocker chair 33 in. W x 39 in. H (slightly warm very comfy)

 

3) Broyhill living room chair in light teal 27.5 in. W x 33.5 in. H

4) Rugs Green Rug 8 x 11, White Floral 6 x 8 indoor/outdoor, Blue 5 x 7.5 with padding

5) It is a sleeper sofa, used and in OK condition. The dimensions are:30″ high X 39″ deep X 84″ long

6 Writing Table/Desk- 54 in. L x 23 in. x 31 in. Solid Wood with off white legs and drawers and wicker chair 3ft tall by 15 in. wide Plus two additional matching wicker chairs
