Meal Distribution for January 19, 2021

Hello friends,

We will distribute our free meal for a family of four this coming Tuesday.  IF you are able to, pick up the meal on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 between 5 pm and 6:30 pm, please fill out the form below. You will not be able to pick up a meal if you did not sign up in our form below. The form is titled, “Free Meal for a family of Four.”

IMPORTANT: If you have the virus COVID-19, are quarantining, or have symptoms of the virus, please do not come to pick up the meal. Send me a text and we will arrange something for your family.
