Health Care Coverage to all Children
NJ now provides health care coverage to all children, regardless of immigration status.
All you need to do is register.
We will hold a Health Care registration:
When: Thursday, May 18
Time: 3 pm to 5 pm
Where: Zufall Health (Somerville Office) – 71 4th St, Somerville, NJ 08876
Type of Insurance: NJ Family Care.
Please make sure to bring the following documents
- Proof of income (employer letter/paystub)
- Proof of address
- ID’s (birth certificate, passports etc.)
